Krzysztof Urban Krzysztof Urban – graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw. In 2013, he completed his legal counsel training at the Regional Bar of Legal Counsels in Warsaw. Between 2005 and 2010, he worked first at the Office of the Ombudsman for the Rights of the Patients, and next at the Regional Mazovian Branch of the National Health Fund. He has authored a number of publications on healthcare system, namely on the general legislation on medicinal products, their reimbursement and control. Moreover, he has co-authored comments to the Act of 12 May 2011 on the reimbursement of medicinal products, foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses and medical devices, and to the Act of 27 August 2004 on the provision of publicly financed healthcare services, published by Wolters Kluwert House. Lecturer at the Medical Center for the Post-Graduate Training of Medicine Doctors in Public Health and at the Post-Graduate Studies in medical law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw.
