Dr hab. Jacek Zaleśny Doctor of Science in legal sciences, he graduated Summa cum laude from the Institute of Political Science, University of Warsaw. For his research efforts he received several awards of the Minister of National Education and the Rector of the University of Warsaw. Member of the Polish Association of Political Sciences, Warsaw Branch, and of the Polish Association of Constitutional Law. Scientific Secretary of Studia Politologiczne [Studies in Political Science] Journal, member of the Editorial Board of Przegląd Prawa Konstytucyjnego [Constitutional Law Review] Journal, the thematic editor of e-Politikon periodical and the thematic editor of Ius Novum periodical.
