Dr Tymoteusz Zych Vice-president of KIPR, Board Member at the Ordo Iuris Institute, Chairman of the Board at the Cegielski Center for Analysis, doctor of laws, assistant professor at the Chair of Law Theory and Philosophy, Faculty of Law, Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. He received his PhD at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw and of Inter-University Individual Studies in Humanities of Artes Liberales Academy, the latter pursued at both the University of Warsaw and the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. His PhD dissertation discussed the topics of legal certainty and legal precedent and was awarded in “Monographies” competition of the Foundation for Legal Culture. He authored expertise reports and scientific papers in the field of constitutional law, administrative law, social security law, legal framework of education and higher education, and the theory and philosophy of law.
