Dr Marcin Olszówka PhD in legal sciences, assistant professor at the Chair of Constitution Law, Faculty of Law and Administration, Lazarski University in Warsaw, coordinator of the Analytical Team at the Center of Analyses, Ordo Iuris Institute for Legal Culture. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw. In November 2016, he defended cum laude his PhD dissertation entitled “The influence of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland of 2 April 1997 on the System of Canon Law Sources”. Between 2010 and 2014 he worked as an assistant at the Department of Constitutional Law and European Studies, Institute of Political Science, Polish Academy of Science. He has authored dozens of scientific papers, mainly from the field of constitutional and canon law.
