Dr Bawer Aondo Akaa Bawer Aondo-Akaa, PhD, son of a Nigerian father and a Polish mother, living with the disability since his childhood. He lives in Cracow, with his wife. He defended his PhD dissertation on theology at the Pontifical University of John Paul II. He is an active member of several social organizations, works at an expert center (Jagiellonian Club) and the Pro Foundation (known for collecting signatures under the citizens’ anti-abortion bills and anti-abortion manifestations). He has published a number of papers and books. His disability has never been an obstacle to his endeavors in education, professional career or marriage.
For some years already he has been an active member of the Right Wing of Marek Jurek (with the support of this party he was selected councilor from the Law and Justice’s list). He regularly takes part in Independence Marches and anti-abortion demonstrations.
