He is a practicing lawyer, specialized in civil and criminal proceedings, and in particular in commercial cases and cases related to the protection of civil rights and liberties. His professional interests include the protection of the family, the individual as well as social and economic initiatives, and the arbitrary interventions of the State machine which impinge on the rights and freedoms enshrined in the Constitution. He cooperates with national and international third sector organizations (NGOs) as an expert in the field of human rights, civil rights and freedoms, and as an advisor on the NGO participation in the legislative process.
Since 2017, he has been the member and Secretary of the Monitoring Team for Counteracting Domestic Violence, under the 3rd term, and since 2015, the member of the Team for the Protection of the Autonomy of the Family and the Family Life, established by the Minister of Justice. Between 2014 and 2016 he served as the member of the Council for the Strategy of Modernization of the Space of Justice in Poland, established by the Minister of Justice. In 2016, he was the deputy legal representative of the “Stop Abortion” Legislative Initiative Committee.
